Senior Portfolio Strategy Manager

Your responsibilities:
New Project Evaluations
Lead make‑or‑buy recommendations for global product opportunities.
Prepare and coordinate materials for the New Product Nomination Meeting.
Manage Nomination Plans and planned Feasibility Assessments across markets.
Portfolio Mix & Coordination
Ensure alignment with portfolio teams from all business segments to maximize scale and strategic impact.
Maintain and continuously improve global portfolio coordination processes.
Implement changes in portfolio management systems for project nomination and governance.
Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration to streamline evaluations and ensure consistency across the organization.
Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
Analyze and report on Polpharma Group portfolio data, providing insights into pipeline value and strategic fit.
Ensure robustness, uniformity, and validity of all data in portfolio management systems.
Prepare materials and insights for Portfolio Review meetings (monthly and quarterly).

Our requirements:
University degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management or similar).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Project Management, or Business Development roles.
Strong understanding of the European pharmaceutical generics market; experience outside Europe is an advantage.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects and leading cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
Strong communicator with a solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to influence strategic decision‑making.
Ability to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Very good verbal and written command of English.
