- review of US GAAP accounting records, journal entries, source documents and account reconciliations,
- preparing and posting necessary adjustments to US GAAP to ensure alignment with local accounting and tax requirements,
- reconciling differences between Statutory and US GAAP books (prepare G2S walk),
- performing year-end statutory closing activities,
- calculating current and deferred income tax, cooperation with tax advisors,
- preparing financial statements and back-ups for recorded balances,
- preparing and coordinating documents necessary for the external audit process, ensuring smooth audit,
- supporting financial statement approval and filing,
- preparing statistical, NBP, Intrastat and similar reporting,
- supporting internal and external audits and tax inspections,
- contributing to implementation of external legal changes and requirements projects,
- participation in business change projects from finance side (acquisitions, dispositions, etc.).
Skills / Requirement:
- higher education - degree in Finance/Accounting /Economics,
- experience in accounting/finance department,
- good knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations,
- ,good time management skills,
- proactive, open and resilient character,
- fluent English,
- good Excel skills,
- oracle, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
