Customer Service Specialist
to join their growing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to assigned B2B customers across international markets
- Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring smooth and timely execution
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide professional, solution-oriented responses
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) and global teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards
- A Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or business operations in an international environment. Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP (especially the SD module) is a strong plus.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Very good at English and one of the following languages is required: Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Slovak, Portuguese, Czech, French, Spanish, Hungarian, German, Serbian, Croatian, Romanian.
