Warehouse Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:

• oversee and manage kitting operations supporting assembly and other work centers,
• ensure kitting accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to production,
• lead the cycle count program and maintain inventory accuracy,
• oversee receiving goods and ensure timely and accurate processing,
• establish, document, and maintain warehouse processes and procedures,
• coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve material flow issues,
• maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards,
• train and mentor warehouse personnel,
• support a positive workplace culture aligned with company values,
• perform other related duties as assigned.

Our requirements:

• a high school diploma or equivalent required, additional training in warehouse operations is preferred,
• at least 3 years of warehouse or material-handling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, leadership experience preferred,
• strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management,
• organizational skills with strong prioritization abilities,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• ability to work independently and within a team,
• proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
