HR Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy,
- lead and manage the HR team to ensure high performance and effective HR service delivery,
- advise and support senior management on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies,
- oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent,
- develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization,
- manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning,
- foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner,
- implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as addressing any legal issues that arise,
- design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support the company’s objectives,
- conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the labor market,
- develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,
- promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization,
- oversee HR metrics and analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making,
- ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation,
- manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
- minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,
- proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success,
- strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations,
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion,
- proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
