Your next role
We are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the challenging position of Visual Merchandising Director to join the Warsaw office. Visual Merchandising Director will be responsible for management of all VM related tasks in Poland and on international markets, creating VM standards and procedures, implementing VM books and materials and planning department budget. Moreover Visual Merchandising Director will be leading a team, taking care of recruitment, training and developing team members. In this role you will cooperate closely with sales, marketing and product teams.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position?
We are looking for Candidates with solid background in Visual Merchandising in Retail chains - minimum 5 years of experience in this field is necessary. We expect Candidates to have solid team leadership skills and to speak English fluently (experience in international business environment will be an asset). Creativity, good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and Power Point are also important.
