Your new company:
For one of our Client, international law company, we seek a person to fill a newly created position of Tender Processes Coordinator, based in a Shared Service Center marketing department in Warsaw.
Your new role:
AsTender Processes Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful delivery of marketing support activities in Tender Processes within the company internationally.You will cooperate on a daily basis with senior lawyers and partners to meet their business needs and to successfully prepare tender offers, proposals, presentations and other materials.As a Coordinator you will be supporting Team Leader in terms of team coordination.Daily duties will include: managing the workflow of a small team (2-3 persons), holding escalations with internal Client, design and coordinate implementations of new solutions and process improvements, coaching less experience colleagues, etc.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for experienced specialist (at least 3-4 years of relevant experience) with a working knowledge of tender/pitch processes from legal sector, who understand the sector specific and are understand internal Client expectations. Because of the international scope of the role, we seek candidates with fluent English skills.If you are a highly organised, business and detail-oriented person with good communications skills and positive attitude this is the role for you!
