We represent international producer from water technologies sector. Currently we are looking for a person to take the position of Standard Sales Manager.
Senior Sales Manager will be responsible forcreating and implementing sales strategy for the whole area of standard sales in Poland (new equipment and service), will be responsible for managing a team of 9 Area Sales Managers: setting the goals, motivating and coaching. Person on this position will take care of business development, will be taking part in meetings and negotiations with strategic clients: contractors, distributors, investors. Senior Sales Manager will be a part of Country Management Team, will work closely with General Manager and all the other departments: marketing, service, financial as well in Poland and internationally.
We are looking for candidates withat least 5 - 7 years of sales experience within technologies sector: construction, industrial solutions etc. At least 3 years of experience in team management and excellent leadership skills are required. Good command of English is a must (the person is engaged a lot in international contacts). To be successful on this position you have to be pro-active, goal - oriented and challenge - driven,, strategic and analytical manager.
