Senior Valuation Controller

You will be responsible for:

• execution and verification of valuation controls (including the revaluation of financial instruments based on independent model inputs and calculation of reserves)
• providing commentary of IPV results, including confirmation of prices with external data providers and the front office
• calculating bid offer reserves, day one reserves, valuation adjustments, IPV and reserves results, and reporting to the front office and IPV business owners
• calculating and reporting prudential valuation

Your profile:

• good knowledge of financial products, including derivative products
• accounting/financial or similar educational background is an asset
• fluent English is required (B2/C1)
• strong and formal IPV knowledge
• an analytical thinking style, with strong attention to detail
• strong numerical, analytical and multitasking skills
• problem solving abilities
• excellent interpersonal skills
• strong Excel and VBA skills preferred
