Senior PtP/AP Accountant with Spanish
Miejsce pracy: KrakówAn international provider of advanced solutions for life and science sector is currently looking for an experienced Senior PtP/AP Accountant with Spanish for the role in their Shared Service Center in Kraków. The company offers wide range of opportunities to work with advanced solution and have a real chance to impact processes and the company's culture. Daily responsibilities:
- Managing daily workload in PtP process
- Processing invoices and Travel Expenses, coding transactions,
- Resolving issues related to all invoices of given unit
- Handling queries and escalations
- Acting as an expert for PtP area
- Being as a support for Specialists and Juniors
- Supporting team leader in managing interns
- Responsibility for internal projects as leader or supervisor
- Analysing internal KPIs, providing synthetic summary of issues
- Performing internal controls, analysing KPI's, preparing reports
- Actively participating in continuous improvements projects and transition of the process in near future
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience at similar position in AP/PtP process within fast-paced environment (SSC/BPO)
- Very good command of English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Finance processes
- University degree (the best if it Finance area)
- Knowledge of AP/PtP process
- Experience in Continuous Improvement projects will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with stakeholders and good problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, high sense of responsibility
- Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
- Strong attention to details and excellent analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel) and SAP
