You will join ISS A/S, an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is opening the new office in Poland, Warsaw.

Your new role
As a Project Manager in Group Supply Chain and Procurement you will be a driving force in bringing Group Supply Chain & Procurement’s portfolio of strategic initiatives to live, through strong execution and indirect leadership in the capability of a Group role, driving behaviours and results from Group to country to account level. In this internal consultancy role, you will manage a diverse range of activities with financial and strategic benefits as an outcome - with full responsibility for all aspects of the project work, from establishing fact base of current situation, determining potential savings levers, defining strategy to implementation and evidencing the impact.
The role requires a strong consultancy toolbox including analytical, strategic and executional capabilities and is a cornerstone in ensuring Group Supply Chain and Procurement meets our savings targets via driving cost leadership, conceptualizing and fostering strategic programs. All with exposure to Group senior management as well as close interactions with country CPOs.
Secondly the role requires a commercial mindset and strong stakeholder skills when driving value directly impacting ISS’ large customers. You will work closely together with global key accounts directors to enable a stronger focus on the external spend and to develop scale-able supply chain concepts effectively ensuring our function becomes a competitive differentiator for ISS to grow and retain global key accounts . Finally, you will independently drive and handle global transitions i.e. supply chain transformation for global key accounts, as well as support the development of the group transition strategies for ISS.  

What you'll need to succeed
  • You have an education within either commercial, business, engineering or other relevant area
  • You have 4-8 years of experience from related procurement or business development functions, ideally acquired at larger international and multicultural procurement organizations in companies featuring matrix organizations or top tier management consulting firms
  • You bring well-developed end-to-end skills ranging from analysis to implementation and savings realization with a proven track record of strong performance
  • You are execution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and focus on key tasks while adding structure to a changing and dynamic environment
  • You have a well-balanced personality and possess good interpersonal skills which enables you to build relationships with, network with and influence appropriate people at all levels, both internally and externally, in order to achieve desired outcomes
  • You communicate diplomatically and persuasively with objective lines of argument/rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively and professionally with an ability to manage both downwards, horizontally and upwards
