More specifically, the role will
- Drive Account-specific cost savings initiatives
- Drive deployment of supplier assurance (compliance) program on the Account
- Drive supply chain initiatives aimed at supporting the Account in sustainability and diversity objectives
What you'll need to succeed
- You have 4-8 years of experience from related procurement or business development functions, ideally acquired at larger international and multicultural procurement organizations in companies featuring matrix organizations or top tier management consulting firms
- You bring well-developed end-to-end skills ranging from analysis to implementation and savings realization with a proven track record of strong performance
- You are execution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and focus on key tasks while adding structure to a changing and dynamic environment
- You have a well-balanced personality and possess good interpersonal skills which enables you to build relationships with, network with and influence appropriate people at all levels, both internally and externally, in order to achieve desired outcomes
- You communicate diplomatically and persuasively with objective lines of argument/rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively and professionally with an ability to manage both downwards, horizontally and upwards
