Senior Project Manager – Group Supply Chain & Procurement
ISS’ Group Supply Chain and Procurement is looking for a strong Senior Project Manager, to develop and drive strategic procurement projects in Europe supporting the next step in our transformation journey, effectively ensuring our function becomes a competitive differentiator for ISS to grow and retain global key accounts.

More about the role:
As a Senior Project Manager in Group Supply Chain and Procurement you will be a driving force in both supporting our country procurement functions in driving and delivering strategic procurement initiatives in Europe, through strong planning, execution and indirect leadership in the capability of a Group role. In this key role you will be supporting the Supply Chain and Procurement Director for Europe and will also be responsible for supporting and managing a number of our European country procurement functions through monthly business reviews and daily sparing and support. You will have responsibility for all aspects of the work, from establishing fact base of current situations, determining potential savings levers, defining strategy to implementation, and evidencing the impact.
What do we require:
The role requires a strong consultancy toolbox including analytical, strategic, and executional capabilities and is a cornerstone in ensuring Group Supply Chain and Procurement meets our savings targets via driving cost leadership, conceptualising and fostering strategic programs. All with exposure to Group senior management as well as close interactions with country CPOs.
Secondly the role requires a commercial mindset and strong stakeholder skills when driving value directly impacting ISS country organizations. You will work closely together with both the global supply chain and procurement team in Copenhagen and Warsaw as well as our procurement organisations in country.
As ISS is a global company you must expect 30 – 50 travelling days per year.
Your qualifications:
• You have an education within either commercial, business, engineering, or other relevant area
• You have 4-8 years of experience from related procurement or business development functions, ideally acquired at larger international and multicultural procurement organisations in companies featuring matrix organisations or top tier management consulting firms
• You bring well-developed end-to-end skills ranging from analysis to implementation and savings realisation with a proven track record of strong performance
• You are execution-oriented with the ability to prioritise and focus on key tasks while adding structure to a changing and dynamic environment
• You have a well-balanced personality and possess good interpersonal skills which enables you to build relationships with, network with and influence appropriate people at all levels, both internally and externally, to achieve desired outcomes
• You communicate diplomatically and persuasively with objective lines of argument/rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively and professionally with an ability to manage both downwards, horizontally, and upwards
