Your new company

Your new role
- To execute improvement and procurement projects within ISS
- To manage the sourcing process of and supplier relationships with selected ISS legacy and new suppliers (Uniforms, IT, PPE, GOP, HR)
- To collaborate with the ISS countries in making effective spend decisions in the category
- To drive compliance within the category as defined by the category leader
- To ensure group-countries alignment and category understanding
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree, seniority dependent, 3-10 years work experience, combined in general project management and procurement category management, especially related to digital/IT procurement
- Experience in relating procurement and project efforts to financial results, business case creation and evaluation experience
- Experience in an international matrix organization
- Fluent oral and written English is a requirement
- Consulting experience as part of the 3-10 years is a plus
- Procurement and project management certifications are a plus
