As a Senior Front End Developer, you will serve as a trusted advisor on BI-related matters and lead the development of advanced Power BI solutions that meet strategic business needs. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the BI back-end team, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into clear, scalable, and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design and implementation of complex data models for BI platforms
• Develop and deliver advanced dashboards and reports that support strategic, data-driven decisions across all levels of the organization
• Act as a senior liaison between business and IT, translating high-level needs into scalable, intuitive BI solutions
• Collaborate with BI back-end developers and data engineers to ensure performance and consistency
• Apply UX/UI best practices to create user-centric, impactful visualizations
• Drive BI training initiatives and promote self-service analytics
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot front-end reporting issues
• Contribute to large-scale BI and digital transformation projects with a focus on innovation and optimization
• Ensure quality, governance, and standardization across BI solutions

What You Bring

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including complex data modeling using DAX, advanced report development, custom visual creation, and performance optimization techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), particularly Tabular Models, and their integration with Power BI.
• Strong command of T-SQL and relational database concepts, including indexing, query optimization, and data integration from multiple sources.
• Proven experience designing robust data models that support self-service BI and enterprise reporting use cases.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and data visualization best practices, with the ability to design user-centric, intuitive, and actionable dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with stakeholder collaboration, including requirements gathering through user stories, prototyping, and iterative design validation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or working in regulated environments is an advantage
• A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
