Opis stanowiska

Responsibility for accounting activities relevant to fund:

• Control of the consistency and reliability of accounting records
• Account reconciliation
• Implementation and monitoring of accounting and management procedures
• Accounting system implementation and improvements
• Providing financial and accounting support to team members, business and investors
• Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Supervision of tax processes: VAT, CIT, WHT, Real estate tax, CLAT, Others
• Monthly / Quarterly closing and reporting to the investor in accordance with the schedule
• Verification and preparation of statutory financial statements
• Verification and preparation of other reporting required by Polish institutions (GUS, NBP)
• Leading audit and other inspections: prepare supporting schedules/response to auditors' requests
• Correspondence with contractors and authorities
• Online banking system ING: authorization of payments/ monitoring of the current payments and avoid delayed payments to suppliers

Profil kandydata

• Universitydegree
• Preferably 3-5 years' experience
• Knowledge of the property and investment industry and real estate finance
• Knowledge of Yardi
• Communicative English, min B2
• Highly numerate, with a commercial approach
• Analytical
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Pro-active
• Positive, enthusiastic approach
• Decent Excel skills
• Team management
