Senior Accountant with Spanish OTC/AR
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor our client, Service Center in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Accountant with Spanish OTC/AR who will be responsible for providing high quality accounting services for assigned Client’s businesses by performing daily accounting activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing invoices in the system
- Contacting customers regarding not paid positions
- Handling queries related to invoices (e-mail/phone contact)
- Monitoring pending documentation for non-billed items
- Preparing reports(daily/weekly)
- Maintain good cooperation with Client
- Participating in team meetings
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in AR/OtC accounting (in BPO/SSC sector)
- Very good Spanish and English language is a must (B2)
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Task and time management skills - planning and organizing skills
- Team work and good communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure and in short terms
- Strong motivation to work in accounting in an international team
