SAP Security & Access Senior Specialist
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our clients SSC based in Krakow we are looking for SAP Security & Access Senior Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the optimal configuration and data availability within the SAP platform allowing for daily business transaction workflows to take place.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the current roles and access restrictions
- Develop and maintain standards and procedures for the SAP Security and user access controls in all SAP instances
- Contribute to developing centralized process for SAP security role administration
- Ensure that the security roles are appropriately assigned to users and tested thoroughly before deployment
- Evaluate business risks associated with security role design, implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify and streamline the security design
- Perform consulting functions to business regarding type of access to the system and to project managers for delivery compliant user access in projects implementation
- Develop the GRC rule sets (SoD), workflows and approvers for user provisioning / de-provisioning, authentication/ authorization/ emergency access and access recertification based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Perform periodic reviews of segregation of duties conflicts and Business critical access in user authorizations
- Identify role owners and automate the role and user provisioning processes
- Deliver operational consultancy on users’ requests
- Prepare test scenarios & documentation on the roles and related access
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in managing SAP security and SAP GRC Access & Process Control for the client's SAP landscape (across development, quality assurance, sandbox, training and production systems)
- Experience in newer the latest SAP ECC, GRC Process Control and GRC Risk Management
- Experience in S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM, Audit Management and Fraud Management etc. would be an asset
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent would be an asset
- Good understanding of the concepts of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and SOX Compliance, and SAP IT General Computer Controls
- Experience in Security/GRC activities for minor enhancements and support pack/version upgrades
- Extensive experience working on maintenance of GRC master data, running risk analysis, batch job monitoring, audit & compliance support activities (user management controls, access certification, etc.)
- Troubleshooting security access issues, interacting with key functional/business stakeholders for providing a resolution to SAP Security/GRC errors/exceptions
- Understands various compliance requirements that impact security and provide solutions to address them
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to various role design concepts and deliver in a short period of time
