Your new role
We are looking for someone credible, with a motivating personality, who understands all aspects of our business (IT + Education + Senior IT expert recruitment). The Sales Manager (Country Manager) is generally responsible for scaling up the local campus, managing all operation, profitability and growth of the local entity.
You will be responsible for building and scaling a company that became a key player in the IT education and sourcing market. You will have full financial responsibility once the business is up and running. You can build your dream team here (approx. 20-30 people) and manage them in line with company values and culture.
What you'll need to succeed
The role requires: experience in general management of scale-ups, or experience in recruitment services and/or adult education, good understanding of the local IT market and trends, good network to key stakeholders as well as strong business development / networking skills. Candidate should have experience in managing teams, departments or even a whole company, structured approach to her/his work , willingness to grow a company and not just operate and demonstrated ability to consistently meet key performance indicators across a range of qualitative and quantitative areas. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills is very important on this position.
