Your next role
Due to opening new restaurant in Poland we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of Restaurant General Manager. As the General Manager you will manage all aspects of business for optimising its performance. You will achieve this by establishing defined ways of working for you and your team, whilst demonstrating the Company’s values at all times. You will operate in an “open-style” with the ability to keep your “finger on the pulse” of the business.
We are looking for individuals who possess a general understanding of restaurant business operations, and an ability to train and inspire staff, commitment to quality, and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. General Manager should have an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair; knowledge of business financials, and an ability to recruit, train and inspire
What do you need to be successful
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry on managerial position, gained in a full-menu branded restaurant environment (international experience will be an asset). To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong leadership and interpersonal skills . Demonstrating strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions. Good business awareness for achieving successful performance and fluency in English.
