On behalf of our Client, international medical technology company, the world leader in its sector, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Pricing Operations Project Manager.
The successful Candidate will have overall control and responsibility for ensure operational excellence of Group EMEA pricing & contracting operations through building future proof process models, in conjunction with the EMEA offer and contract management Center of Expertise team, evolving around offer and contract management activities for the European region.
Moreover, her/his scope of duties will also cover facilitate collaboration with the country pricing & contracting teams and with other functions by aligning them towards common goals ensuring strategic and tactical operational objectives are translated into measurable results. Focused effort to establish an efficient offer and contract management operations team.
Pricing Operations Project Manager will be responsible to define clear design principles and best practices for centralization roadmap, assess feasibility, build the processes and test, create policy and procedure documentation, user guides, training material, implement the processes / roll out to the organization and drive material cost of quality improvements through the application of consistent, repeatable and complete transactions that reduce cycle time and errors.
We are looking for a person who has first-hand experience in design, development, and deployment of new business processes, experience in either commercial support, pricing & contracting, or business finance role as a senior analyst or alike.
We are looking for Candidates with project management experience gained in large complex matrix organization type who have effective organisational and time management skills with ability to work across cultures and across diverse management styles.
Willingness to travel and fluency in English is a must.
