People Technology Services Associate (m/f)

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
We offer:
  • employment contract for 12 months,
  • hybrid work model,
  • opportunity to gain experience in a company with an established position in the international market,

Tasks:
  • manage the daily support of HR systems, employees and managers, acting as a second line of support,
  • provide best-in-class HR services support, resolve issues and help establish root cause analysis and action plans,
  • collaborate closely with the HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBPs) and managers,
  • regularly cascade information, changes, updates of HR systems or procedures,
  • collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world,
  • communicate & collaborate with technical teams,
  • handle ticket management & reporting.

Requirements:
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,
  • strong continuous improvement mindset,
  • proven experience with HR tools would be a plus,
  • English – fluent (verbal and written).
