People Technology Services Associate (m/f)
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa- employment contract for 12 months,
- hybrid work model,

Tasks:
- manage the daily support of HR systems, employees and managers, acting as a second line of support,
- provide best-in-class HR services support, resolve issues and help establish root cause analysis and action plans,
- collaborate closely with the HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBPs) and managers,
- regularly cascade information, changes, updates of HR systems or procedures,
- collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world,
- communicate & collaborate with technical teams,
- handle ticket management & reporting.
Requirements:
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,
- strong continuous improvement mindset,
- proven experience with HR tools would be a plus,
- English – fluent (verbal and written).
