For our client, a global company operating in the field of pharmacy, we are looking for a person for the position of OTC Process Analyst.
Daily work will involve the use of excellent communication and process management skills to deliver results through vendor (monitoring, execution, quality) and to provide high quality standard support to the stakeholders in agreed governance model.
You will provide support to the Process Owner, preparing and maintaining quality documentation and performing quality audits. You will be looking after one of 4 sub-processes such as order entry, returns, inventory or disputes.
The ideal candidate for this position is a person with very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of communication skills, with English at the B2 level and previous experience in a similar position.
