Our client is an international, academically, prestigious, selective school in Warsaw. The school focuses on developing both students’ academic abilities and their artistic, athletic and leadership potential. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join them as the Head of School Office/ Office Manager .

Areas of responsibility:

The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Head of School and will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all communication and organization at the school runs smoothly, which will mainly involve: managing the school’s office and reception team (3 persons), including delegation of tasks and oversight of all internal procedures and processes, managing the communication between parents, teachers and students, overseeing administrative and logistical processes and procedures, including managing facilities and logistics team (1 person + subcontractors) and ensuring that all administrative procedures adhere to the national and international requirements. The above responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing school calendar, including external events, overseeing data inputs to the school internal operating system (ASIMS) and in System Informacji OÅ›wiatowej (SIO), being responsible for student contracts and financial settlements, supporting the Admission team during recruitment events (Open Days and assessment weekends), supporting the school’s exam centre during exam sessions, managing budgets related to all processes coordinated by the school office.

What you’ll need to success:

We are looking for a candidates with experience on a similar position (Office Manager, Office Assistant, etc.), fluent English and Polish speaker, educated to a higher degree level. Perfect candidate should have an experience or ability to managing people and teams, very good communication skills , excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Our client looking for a candidate who is a good team player with positive attitude at all times. It would be a huge asset if candidate will have an understanding of the UK and international educational sector.
