For our Client, successful, international company, we are currently looking for Marketing Project Manager to work on international, internal projects. We need an Expert to lead and support organization in complex marketing transformation projects. It’s a great opportunity to get international experience in work for global top company on large projects with highly marketable specialist.
Your new role
This is a high-profile role responsible for ensuring the productivity programme is delivered, fully understood by, and embedded in the business to achieve the business strategic objectives through effective and cost-efficient business operations. You will own the regional organisational readiness activities, support countries in building a solid understanding of the global business processes. The role will provide Regional representation and input into the design, definition and prioritization of the productivity initiative portfolio and consequent change initiatives. You will have possibility to traveling globally to work with internal stakeholders and deliver large-scale transformational change. You will interacting with business leads to execute implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to procurement processes. You will participating in Project Management activities, supporting teams through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development.
What you'll need to succeed
To be succeed in this role you should have very good understanding for business requirements. You must have proven track record of project delivery and process management within a multinational environment .The successful person will be expected to have strong communication skills. An ideal candidate needs to possess the rare combination of subject matter expertise, strong project management skills, high integrity, with strong communication and influencing skills and clear commercial acumen. The successful applicant will be comfortable challenging the status quo, with a focus on the medium and long-term, to drive investments. Excellent English communications skills. Willing to travel ( 50% of annual work time) and work at international business environment. Microsoft Office, SAP, JDE & HFM knowledge desirable.
