Your new role
The Mobility (B2C) business in CEE consists of over 1500 service stations in 8 countries. The incumbent will be a member of CEE Mobility Marketing Team (MMT) and will report to the Marketing Manager PL. MMT is responsible for delivery of 2025 global Aspirations for Mobility in the CEE. What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder with marketing, analytics and commercial experience, knowledgeable on operations. Proven track record of professional skills in analytical support of marketing or business projects to deliver business targets and an ability to forge positive working relationships with external and internal partners and stakeholder.

Your new role

The role of Marketing Insights Specialist PL is focusing on
- Market Share & car market analytics
- Regular fuel market & loyalty analytics
- Regional sales volumes & penetration tracking
- Fuel analytics on country/ dealer/ site level
- Product turnover analytics & stock management optimisation
- Promo results tracking & reporting
- Regular competitor activities analysis
- Multi factor sales analysis to understand opportunities for sales & penetration increase
- SP&A coordination & Hive9 coordination
- LE control
- Business cases & post PIR for all Campaigns
- Support delivering winning (competitive and differentiating) Marketing strategies for the Fuels Mobility business in Poland.
- Support business targets planning (BC and PIR)
- Play a supporting role in the Polish Marketing Team to deliver the market level business results.
- Work closely and constructively with business functions locally, pricing, finance.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder with marketing, analytics and commercial experience, knowledgeable on operations. Proven track record of professional skills in analytical support of marketing or business projects to deliver business targets and an ability to forge positive working relationships with external and internal partners and stakeholder.
- Degree in marketing or economics preferred; good overall understanding of the Retail business
- + 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Finance analytics with basic understanding of the marketing tools and principles
- Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial mindset
- Finance acumen, experience in assessing the impact of marketing activities on business goals Experience in evaluating effectiveness of business projects (financial KPIs, secondary KPIs) Knowledge of market and competitive analysis
- Strong project management skills required
- Able to work independently highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities. Ability to manage complex projects and handle numerous relationships
- Strong interpersonal and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge related to B2C loyalty programs will be advantage
- Languages: Polish and English
