Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Indirect Category Leader EMEA. Our Client is an international company that dynamically develops its Procurement Team. The position is located in Warsaw.
Indirect Category Leader EMEA will strive for capturing synergy and optimization within Fleet category and will work collaboratively with internal clients (Management Boards and HR Managers) in EMEA Region. He/She will cooperate with suppliers, negotiate terms with the focus on obtaining the best economical value for the employee and the company within fleet policy. The objective of Indirect Category Leader is to catch and evaluate international sourcing needs within Fleet area, build execution plans as well as translate analytical insights into strategies to deliver increased performance. Indirect Category Leader will build a best-in-class expertise and market knowledge for Fleet category and will conduct Fleet projects in EMEA region.
We are looking for Candidates with at least a few years of professional experience in procurement, in indirect category management. The expertise of Fleet category is crucial for this role. To succeed in this role, you will need well strong project management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent command of English is a must. Knowledge of Fleet Management systems and SAP is preferred. Experience in leading procurement projects independently and negotiating contracts are required.
