Required qualifications:
We offer:
- providing administrative support to the HR team,
- working with the company’s employee system - SuccessFactors and maintaining data accuracy,
- preparation of presentations and reports for HR team,
- participating in onboarding of new hires (end to end responsibility),
- employer branding activities e.g organization of company’s participation in the job fairs,
- supporting HRBPs in implementation of HR related projects,
- support with HR related internal communication preparation and cascade,
- cooperation with other departments and business in coordinating all HR admin related tasks.
Required qualifications:
- proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- fluency in written and spoken English and Polish,
- taking responsibility for the dedicated tasks and taking own initiative,
- planning and organizing skills,
- strong communication skills,
- accuracy and attention to details,
- strong interest in HR and a will to develop within HR area,
- full time work availability,
- studies in HR related field would be an asset,
- experience in Success Factors would be an asset, but not a must.
