For an internationaland European company in industrial paints segment we are currently looking for a person to take the position of General Manager / Sales Director. Our Client offers woods and metal coatings to industrial customers. Polish branch is the main entity in Central Europe and manages also export sales.
The person we are currently looking forwill manage polish branch. General Manager Sales Director will be in charge of sales, technical, administration, logistic, warehouse. On daily basis he/she will be responsible for developing, growing as well as building sales and marketing strategy on polish market and exports markets. General Manager/Sales Director will manage sales budget, business objectives and implement to achieve sales targets as well as execute KPS’s all company. Moreover, on daily basis he/she will manage people (30 persons, including sales, technical, administration, logistic), support and motivate them.
We are looking for candidates witha significant experience in managing branches and mainly sales teams. We are looking for the person who has an experience and/or knowledge of wood or metal coating, industrial paints, glues, adhesives, abrasives or (semi-)products to building producers. Ability to cooperate with industrial companies is necessary. Very welcome are candidates with a couple of years’ experience in managing team/ branches. Very good knowledge of English is a must. Because of cooperation with Easter Europe countries, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage. We are looking for candidates who are well-organised, goal-oriented, resolving mind, excellent relationships builder as well as strong leadership and management skills.
