For our client, an international organization operating in the Logistics Real Estate sector, we are currently looking for a Financial / Business Analyst.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing financial models to explore investment opportunities and support underwriting process, building ad hoc DCF models, performing formula and analytical review on the integrity of internal models, assistance with creating of standard template models, and performing sensitivity and scenario analysis for leasing deals. Your scope of duties will also include providing forecasting for the ongoing projects, preparing annual budgets for the operating properties/portfolios, . preparing reports and projections, and analyzing current and past financial data and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to have at least first work experience in financial modelling and bachelor’s degree (finance, economy, accounting, or related field). An ideal Candidate should have the ability of strategic thinking, presentation skills, an excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Knowledge of English (min. level B2) is a must.
