Currently for one of our clients - financial institution we are looking for:

Financial Analyst – Financial Instruments

Job Description

• Responsible for daily calculation and reporting of P&L and/or Balance Sheet statements for respective trading desks
• Daily Funding Reconciliations
• Daily Back-testing
• Monthly balance sheet substantiation
• Other month end reconciliations and postings to facilitate the close process

Requirements:

• Experience/very good knowledge of accounting concepts surrounding P&L, balance sheet
• Good understanding of financial markets (products, valuation & risk across various asset classes) and characteristic products
• Very good practical Excel skills ( knowledge of VBA – nice to have)
• During obtaining accounting qualifications CFA/ACCA/CIMA – nice to have
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good English skills
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking and similar
