Your new role
You will be responsible for owning the Procure-to-Pay process activities and teamwork coordination, coordinating and monitoring tasks and work split of 4 teams (total 30+ structure), managing and motivating team members, project management, participation and delegating team members to projects, ensuring existing policies are followed, implementing KPIs to monitor efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service. You will be also responsible for aiming at process standardization in SSC, between SSCs and globally, strategy development, setting and achieving operational objectives, supporting integrations of accounting processes of acquired businesses, building strong communication and close working relationship with the key stakeholders and supporting internal and external auditors to ensure the highest quality of operations within the team..
What you'll need to succeed
We expect you to have experience in managing roles, experience in accounting, a good understanding of the SSC environment and change management, a very good command of English and university degree in the finance-related area. You should also have great communication and leadership skills
