For our Client – an international organization from the Construction and Renewable Energy sector, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Finance Manager.
In this role, your duties will include:

• Managing the team.
• Forecasting cash needs for individual projects and the division, verifying funds sufficiency.
• Managing the division’s overall budget and actual results, analyzing discrepancies, providing recommendations, and reporting internally.
• Handling monthly disbursement of loans with lenders.
• Cooperating with Project Managers and other teams.
• Managing funds and loan process for existing project finance contracts, including coordination and cooperation with the banks.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in finance, including experience in managerial roles.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and cash management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Communicative level of English (min. B2 level) and proficiency in Polish.
• High attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Self-organization and self-motivation, team-player approach.
• Business maturity and long-term vision.
