Finance Manager

For our Client – an international organization from the Construction and Renewable Energy sector, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of
Finance Manager.In this role, your duties will include:- Managing the team.
- Forecasting cash needs for individual projects and the division, verifying funds sufficiency.
- Managing the division’s overall budget and actual results, analyzing discrepancies, providing recommendations, and reporting internally.
- Handling monthly disbursement of loans with lenders.
- Cooperating with Project Managers and other teams.
- Managing funds and loan process for existing project finance contracts, including coordination and cooperation with the banks.
Qualifications:- At least 10 years of professional experience in finance, including experience in managerial roles.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and cash management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Communicative level of English (min. B2 level) and proficiency in Polish.
- High attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Self-organization and self-motivation, team-player approach.
- Business maturity and long-term vision.
