Executive Assistant / General Office Assistant
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaFor our Client, we are looking for a candidate to position of Executive Assistant / General Office Assistant.
Daily responsibilities:
- Provide effective and high quality support for Company Executive Representatives
- Act as first point of contact to Company Office. Provide logistical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops.
- Provide office administartion support in: meeting and greeting guests, preparing conference rooms for meetings (ordering refreshments, checking av eupiment etc), organzing events, booking taxis, hotels etc;
- Communicate effectively and professionaly to relevant personnel via oral, written and visual media using the necessary equipment as required;
- Ensure proceses are performed according to Company polices and standards;
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
- Act as point of contact for all facility related escalations to ensure quick resolution of any complaints;

- Proactively resolve querries in cooperation with other departments
Requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor Degree)
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Otstanding communication and presentation skills in an international business environment at all hierarchy levels of the organization
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level interpersonal skills, poise, tact and diplomacy required to handle sensitive and stressful situations
- Ability to work individually, resolve issues on your own, but also work part of wider team to effectively collaborate and share ideas and knowledge
