An experienced European Sourcing Manager is required for a leading international servicing Company located in Warsaw. You will be working with a global company and you will be responsible for creating and delivering the client’s annual sourcing plan. Sitting in the procurement function in this role will give you the opportunity to work on one of the company’s largest account.
As European Sourcing Manager you will undertake the sourcing activities of key services mostly across the facilities services within European region. You will be positively liaising with the organisations central Supply Chain team, as well as subject matter experts in this field in order to strategize and present the sourcing plan to the client, who you will be interacting with on a daily basis. Not only will you be sourcing new suppliers, but you will also be managing the on-going contracts you have in place with existing suppliers and getting the most effective activity out of those suppliers.
As European Sourcing Manager you will have proven experience within strategic sourcing, and category management (ideally within Facility Management category across an international business). You will be able to demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, and the ability to liaise with very senior and international stakeholders. You will be a proven negotiator and be able to show key commercial benefits that you have put in place within vendor contract. You will also be very analytical in order to interpret spend data in order to put the strategy plans in place.
