For our client, a dynamically developing company, a leader in the children's goods industry in Poland and abroad, we are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Team Leader/ Ekspert
Your new role:
The role is it to be responsible for preparation of monthly balance sheets / profit and loss / CF accounts for statutory purposes reporting packages for companies from our Client’s Holding group for management and statutory purposes. Support in activities related to the month-end closing - calculation of IFRS 16 provisions / adjustments / hedge accounting, Oversight of double treatment of lease contracts - for management purposes and in accordance with IFRS 16, preparation of semi-annual and annual statutory financial statements - consolidated and individual. The person employed in this position will be responsible for managing a 1-2 person team of specialists, cooperation with external and internal audit, supervision over arrangements and elimination of intra-group transactions and Support in the consolidation of the Group's financial results in the Hyperion system (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
What you'll need to succeed?
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in working in a financial team (financial reporting / controlling), university degree (preferred fields of study: finance, banking, accounting, management). Moreover the perfect candidate should stand out with knowledge of IFRS, consolidation rules, cash flow analysis as well as good knowledge of the Hyperion program. Fluency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, search functions) and knowledge of English at a level that allows easy communication in business situations is a must.
The experience gained in Big4 companies or in organizations in the area of retail sales will be an asset. Last but not the least the candidate should have highly developed analytical, interpersonal skills.
