Your new role
The Digital Marketing Manager Europe is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the company or brand's products. He/she manages various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the audience of our Client company.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of European online platforms. Ensuring that they are relevant, accurate and up to date. Continuously driving improvement based upon data and analytics.
- Ownership of social media channels and strategy. Choosing the appropriate channels to reach the audience and delivering a compelling message that drives brand awareness, engagement and leads. Setting up the content calendar and delivering upon the plan.
- Campaign development and lead generation. From ideation to execution. Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are in line. Working with external and internal resources to deliver them on plan and within budget.
- Management of stakeholders – bringing alignment between marketing and other functional areas.
- Result measuring and reporting – supporting fact-based decision making.
- Co-development of marketing and sales support materials.
- Marketing budget responsibility for the areas related to the scope of the role.
- Supporting the organization with broader marketing tasks and responsibilities.
- Taking care of collaboration with Creative and Digital Marketing agencies
What you'll need to succeed:
- Marketing background (BBA level) with a specialisation in Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Fluent in English level (written and spoken); any other European language will be a plus.
- Experience in international B2B organization
- Experience in managing social media channels, online platforms, and campaigns
- Experience in Account Based Marketing
- Knowledge of data analytic tools
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and ability to work in international environment
- Strong result orientation and priority setting
- Hands-on – happy to take on new opportunities & tasks
- Being a good team player
