For one of our clients - Scandinavian company operating in the construction / interior finishing sector - we are currently looking for ambitious and dynamic person to take the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Our DM Coordinator isan important member of our Marketing Team and will take our digital experience to a whole new level. In this role you’ll be leading the development of brand websites, social media channels, e-mailings and online campaigns. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Manager to build the necessary connections with our CRM system and make sure leads are generated and processed. You will also supervise external agencies and make sure KPIs are reached. Your work will be important for the growth of the brand in Europe and will bring you a lot of satisfaction and projects you’ll be proud of.
The scope of responsibilities would be:
To apply for the role, you needto have at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing projects including social media management, websites development, e-mailing creation etc., you have to speak fluent English – must and native Polish – must. You can be successful on the position if you like a fast paced environment, are creative and have a strong will to learn. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadline is something necessary.

- Website development and maintenance in multiple languages
- Social media channel maintenance and supervision – FB, LinkedIn, YT, Twitter
- Development of e-mailing strategies / marketing automation
- E-mailings creation
- Various digital projects
- Cooperation with graphic designers – briefing, feedbacking
- Planning and managing online campaigns
- Managing external agencies
- Managing allocated budget for digital campaigns
- Managing and developing digital content
- Support Marketing Manager in assigned tasks
