Your new role:
As a Coordinator you will be directly supervising daily workload of Digital Communications team, serving as a support for Team Leader.You will be responsible for dividing tasks and projectsto the responsible specialist, providing coaching and mentoring for juniors, leading complex projects, spotting improvement opportunities and implementing new solutions.You will also be solving escalations with internal Client internationally,concerning ongoing projects, content issues, webinars or mailing activities.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3-4 years of professional experience in working with content, Client e-mailing, project management or similar,as an independent specialist or people coordinator. Because of the international scope of the role fluent Englishis a must on this position. The ideal candidate should present great communications skills, ability to coordinate the work of less experience colleagues or willingness to develop as a coordinator, good project management skills,detail oriented and problem solving approach.
