Your new role
We are currently looking for Deputy Store Manager. Our client is an international luxury brand which is now entering the Polish market. As Deputy Store Manager you will be responsible for overall operational performance, including maintaining outstanding customer service, supporting personal development plans, managing the operational trainings of store processes and exceeding sales and key metric targets. The ability to solve problems quickly and effectively for customers and the store is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
We expect minimum 2 years’ experience of managerial role (background in fashion/ beauty retail chains will be an asset), strong organization skills, excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff. Ability to finding new solution and to being pro-active are necessary.
