For our Client, FMCG food producer, due to internal promotion, we are looking for Supply Chain Manager.
The main goal in this role will be monitoring and controlling stock availability by managing sales & operations for the region (Poland and export markets).
The selected Candidate will be responsible for definition and implementation of the Strategy for logistics, customer service and demand planning. Moreover, participating in development of short and long-term sales plans by leading the S&OP process in the Business Unit, preparing volume sales forecast as part of the annual planning in cooperation with the commercial team, managing Supply Chain Losses in terms of provisions, highlighting risks, reduce potential losses & propose solutions towards reaching lowest possible SCL.
Furthermore, you will be delivering best service level to our customers through the Case fill rate KPI, participating in development of new analytical tools in order to optimize the business processes of the company.As a part of your duties will be management of logistics part (transportation, customs and warehousing), defining contract terms, budgeting and controlling costs. Also driving the continuous improvement mindset for controlling the cost and budget, maintaining close connection with the Supply planning team in order to ensure product availability for sales.
We are looking for Candidates with broaden experience within supply chain management and expertise in team management. Prior work experience in an FMCG environment with exposure to Demand Planning tools, logistics, supply chain or commercial departments is an advantage.Due to global reporting – English language on communicative level (B2) is compulsory.
