Our Client is international manufacturer of roof windows, with sales all over the world. We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialist / Representative who will join the company in Warsaw and will be responsible for ensuring an effective, proactive communication towards company’s customers and providing them continuous support.
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for cooperation with customers in terms of building up effective customer relationships and improvement of customer satisfaction. Customer Support Specialist / Representative will answer customers’ questions, fulfilling their requests, preparing commercial offers. Important task on this position will be in charge of processing customers’ orders, follow-up of customer contracts in CRM system. The role will associate with developing relationships with customers. On daily basis CSS/R will cooperate with another departments including day-to-day supporting of the sales activities in general.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with experience in the scope of cooperation with customers (Business-to-Business/B2B) in example: sales and customer support, customer care, sales advisory and similar. Right candidates should have ability to build relationships with the customers to support sales activity. Very good command of English and Polish is a must, knowledge of Czech or Slovak will be a great advantage. We are looking for candidate who is proactive, open-minded, well organized and with positive attitude as well as has developed interpersonal skills.
