Creative Coordinator (m/f)

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

We offer:

Tasks:

• helping to coordinate and organize the daily work of the EMEA creative team,
• using our project management software, Adobe Workfront, to keep track of current projects and ensure deadlines are met,
• cooperating with Global Operations (Portfolio Prioritization Planner) to ensure efficient management of creative resource workflow and project execution,
• serving as a representative of the team when coordinating and communicating with global stakeholders from different business environments,
• in some (but not all) cases, taking care of end-to-end management of creative projects, including planning, estimating, stakeholder management, and final delivery,
• identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities and aiding in reporting when necessary,
• coordinating with external creative agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree,
• experience in general project management and use of project management / planning software,
• strong communicative skills in English, both written and spoken,
• assertiveness – the right candidate must be able to maturely express feelings and opinions in spite of disagreement, as well as accurately communicate with others, regardless of status or position,
• a project management diploma is an advantage,
• experience working with creatives is an advantage.
