Your new role
- Delivers profitable sales growth and business development by ramping up market shares.
- Enables channel breakthrough by leading country distributor and building pitch and business plans.
- Collaborates with internal/external partners to help address associate and customer issues
- P/L and value chain optimization through product and market mix planning.Coordinates with Regional Business Manager in planning short- and long-term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
- Develops and implements business plans to achieve business targets.
- Manages direct reporting to related financial, business, and administration matters
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong market reputation & business growth and turnaround experience.
- Positive go getter attitude and multitasking ability.
- Capability to work as an entrepreneur with strong influence ability both upstream (HQ) and downstream (Distributor / Retail partners)
- Efficiency in both English & Polish.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attitude, attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
