Your next role
The Business Development Manager will act as a dedicated, full timeregional resource to drive value from local/regional BDprojects, provide performance and delivery analysis to theregional Marketing team. The role will support current andBusiness Development activities, develop tools, and provideanalyses enabling a better understanding of businessperformance, providing input for strategic decision-making andnew opportunity evaluations, value capture and leadingdevelopments asrequired.
Responsibilitiesinclude establishing a performance management framework,creating or reviewing business cases, generating insights intoperformance and profitability, supporting strategy reviews,tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and coordinatethe annual planning processes.
The Business Development Manager will also provide analytical support to the Sales & Marketing team for
product/CVP opportunity, strategy reviews as wellas for ad-hoc of project basis, supporting local Marketing Managers.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this role?
We expect relevant university degree/master, minimum 5 years' work experience preferably in a similar role.
Project Management experience and stakeholder management arerequired, as well as strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, goodcommunication skills, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills togetherwith project management tools are a distinct advantage.Understanding of the B2B sector is preferable.
