Your new company
Spanish bicycle manufacturer. Company manufactures 200,000 bicycles a year and export it to European Countries.
Your new role
Your role will be to establish and develop sales of company's products on the Polish market. You will be expected to visit bike dealers regularly, expand company's customer base across the country by building and promoting strong, long-lasting relationships with them, achieve both growth and sales targets, report sales and present realistic forecasts to the management team based abroad.
What you'll need to succeed
Sound sales experience gained within bicycle industry (successful previous experience as a Sales Representative/Key Account Manager working on manufacturer or distributor's side). Strong sales drive, business acumen helping you to understand the market needs and dynamics, adjust strategies and turn them into sustainable growth of the company on the local market. At least communicative English is a must as you will report sales to HQ in Spain.
