Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates Business Analyst, to be based in Warsaw office. The aim of the role isto achieve growth objectives and profitability targets by providing support in decision making, in reporting and budgeting processes, especially by ensuring high quality standards in all financial analytical activities and reporting related topics. Business Analyst will update daily, weekly and monthly report, develop & implement tools (sales reports, market dynamics, competitor analysis etc.) for management team and sales/ Retail organisation, collect and analyse data- sell through and market information to ensure optimised sales forecasts, processes and clarity of opportunity, as well as monitor and analyse in depth sales performance in light of sales goals, identify areas of weaknesses’ and provide recommendations to improve Sales.
What do you need to besuccessful?
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role with proven success within a Retail Environment, withexceptional analytical skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Very good knowledge of Excel is necessary, knowledge of Access will be an asset. Our Client requires good English knowledge.
