Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Master Setup/Updates,
- Investigating unapplied payments,
- Reviewing Cash/Payment Application and Dunning Report,
- Supporting team members in completing their daily assignments,
- Identification of compliance and training challenges.
Skills:
- Knowledge of English and Bulgarian or Greek, min. B2
- Good Analytical Skills,
- Knowledge of Oracle would be an asset,
- Custome Focused attitude,
- Familiarity with F&A processes, especially Accounts Receivable area.
